Job Description :

Experience Required:

  1. 10 or more years' experience in the last 12 years leading and managing IT projects following SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall best practices SCRUM experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is highly preferred.
  2. 7 years' experience documenting requirements including Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM); Data Elements Register; Business Rules Register; Roles & Permissions Register; System Register; Database Register; Integration Register; etc.
  3. 7 year' experience diagramming detailed, formal requirements including Current State Cross[1]Functional Process Flows; Future State Cross-Functional Process Flows; Use Case Models; Data Flow Models; SWOT; Business Objective Models; Cause/Effect, Fishbone Diagrams, etc.
  4. 7 years' experience drafting, reviewing/revising, approving documents to ensure all documentation is Specific, Measurable, Assignable/Achievable, Realistic/Relevant, Traceable/Time boxed (SMART) objectives, requirements, communications, etc. answering the Who, What, Where, When, How (5Ws+H).
  5. 3 years' experience in the last 7 years serving as a servant-leader in IT Agile projects
  6. 10 years' experience training, coaching, and mentoring project teams, business partners and stakeholders in SDLC, project management, and agile frameworks methodologies and best practices ensuring knowledge transfer
  7. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio and MS SharePoint as an end-user with 'Contribute / Member' permission.
  8. Completed at least 3, enterprise IT Software development projects from Inception through Transition to Support within the last 5 years.
  9. 2 years of experience practicing ITIL Foundations processes
  10. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
