Senior Gen AI Architect

100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies. The role involves defining AI architecture, driving innovation, and aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, fine-tuning, agents)
  • Define scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI architectures
  • Lead the integration of AI models into enterprise applications and workflows
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions
  • Evaluate and select AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms
  • Implement prompt engineering, model optimization, and performance tuning strategies
  • Ensure governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance standards are followed
  • Develop and maintain AI pipelines, APIs, and deployment frameworks
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor AI/ML teams
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI/ML
  • Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP techniques
  • Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
  • Experience with RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of API design, microservices, and scalable system architecture
  • Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with LLM platforms and tools (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.)
  • Knowledge of fine-tuning, RLHF, and model evaluation techniques
  • Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, audio)
  • Familiarity with data privacy, AI governance, and responsible AI frameworks
  • Relevant certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies
