Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Database Developer role.
The Senior Database Developer will be responsible for advanced analysis, development, and optimization of database performance for a large-scale project. This role requires expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, with a strong focus on performance tuning for stored procedures and views. The developer will develop innovative solutions to complex problems, provide thought leadership, and offer regular project status updates.
 
Required Skills:
  • Expertise working with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (advanced concepts such as bulk collect, handling data in JSON/X
  • Expertise with writing complex Oracle queries and optimizing them to reduce SGA/PGA/TempSpace usage
  • Documentation
  • Dev/Unit Testing
  • Agile Development
  • Proficient in storing, querying, manipulating JSON data in Oracle database tables
  • Proficient in creating complex queries and views using data stored in JSON format
  • Optimizing performance of stored procs and views accessing data stored in JSON format
