Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics, machine learning initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, engineers, and product teams to deliver scalable data solutions that directly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to production deploymentDesign, develop, and optimize machine learning and statistical modelsAnalyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insightsPartner with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical solutionsMentor junior data scientists and analystsDefine best practices for model validation, monitoring, and governanceCollaborate with data engineering teams on data pipelines and architectureCommunicate findings to executive leadership using clear visualizations and storytelling

Advanced proficiency in Python/R, SQLStrong experience with machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modelingExpertise in libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorchHands-on experience with big data platforms (Spark, Hadoop)Data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, SeabornCloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCPExperience with MLOps, CI/CD for models, and model monitoring
