Title: Senior Data Architect Duration: 1 Year + Location: Washington DC Job Description Responsible for establishing guidelines and standards for the Medicaid Enterprise Management Solution (MEMS) data architecture, design reviews, data exchange planning, and implementation and data migration to new system. He/she should have similar experience in MEMS solution development of similar size and complexity. He/she should have at least seven (7) years of similar experience. Research and develop data solutions for our healthcare clients Work on proof-of-concept architecture and features before they are integrated into data systems Influence data design decisions, features, and APIs based on real-world usage experience Work to create and work within a data governance structure Independently lead projects from inception to completion Assist other CLIENT teams in the evaluation of future technical needs Mandatory Qualifications: 7 years or greater in data architecture, data management, data integrity and/or data warehousing Familiarity with HL7, FHIR or other healthcare data transmission standards College degree or equivalent business experience, preferably within State Healthcare Requested Qualifications: Additional experience with Healthcare data and analytics systems as well as BI and reporting such Power BI, PsiSense, QlikView Knowledge of federal and state healthcare IT programs (i.e., Medicaid, CHIP, TANF) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule Capable of conducting
