Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Business Analyst role.
Required Skills:
  • Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
  • Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
  • Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
  • Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
  • Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
  • Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
  • Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
  • Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines

Preferred Skills:
  • Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
  • Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
  • Documented experience working for or closely with TEA or another state or local education agency
  • Documented work experience in early childhood care and education
