We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Business Analyst role.
Required Skills:

Experience eliciting requirements from interviews with customers and creating well-written system requirements
Experience with software development life cycles (SDLCs)
Business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement experience
Experience developing user stories and use cases that conform to business analysis best practices
Experience designing mockups and/or wireframes that conform to UX best practices
Demonstrated strong communication and facilitation skills
Demonstrated strong writing and organization skills
Documented experience developing wireframes, mockups, & prototypes in Figma or comparable design software
Experience ensuring designs and website conform to federal accessibility guidelines

Preferred Skills:

Documented work experience with the requirements management software "Modern Requirements"
Documented work experience with the issue tracking software "Atlassian Jira"
