Required Skills:
Experience as a Business Analyst in an enterprise level software development environment (5 years)
Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint) (5 years)
Functional and technical requirements gathering, analysis and documentation with a strong attention to detail (5 years)
Communication skills, both verbal and written (5 years)
Developing Use Case documentation and User Stories that lead to clearly defined and numbered project requirements (4 years)
Experience with software development and project management lifecycles (4 years)
Facilitating meetings, requirements gathering sessions and conducting presentations (3 years)
Developing and presenting project status updates and reporting on key performance indicators for project success (2 years)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the Texas Project Delivery Framework (2 years)
