Position Title: Senior Application Developer

About this Role:
Dynamic Interactive Business System Inc. (DIBSYS Inc) is looking for multiple Application developers to provide specialized software maintenance for systems directly or indirectly tie to traffic operation or intelligent traffic systems for its Direct Client in Schaumburg, IL.
The Candidate will maintain systems utilizing a subset of the following technologies and skill-sets: SQL Server, CNet, Java, Silverlight, AJAX, and ESRI BING GIS Technologies.
Candidate Must be a US Citizen or hold a Green Card and must provide copy of its Permanent Resident card if is not a US citizen at time of project start date. Failure to provide copy will result in disqualification.
Mandatory Requirements of the Application Developer:
Resource must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Management, Management Information Systems or related fields.
Must have 5 years of experience developing, enhancing and maintaining traffic operations and intelligent traffic systems.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience interviewing users and preparing the following types of documentation requirements, design specifications, test plans, user processes, and manuals.

Must have 5 years’ experience supporting applications in a mixed .asp and .aspx environment
Must have proven expertise in the creation of web sites, web services.
Must have proven expertise in preparing and giving presentations for all levels of users.
Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and distributing reports through SQL Server Reporting Services and Microsoft Reporting.
2+ years of recent experience providing application training, IBM Enterprise Records (IER) configuration, and mentoring to agency, business, or organization staff.
Mode of Interview:
The candidate must fill in the narrative document at the time of submission and based on the narrative the Client will take the hiring decision and proceed on the final SSA round.
The Candidate will be required to participate in a Standardized Skill Assessment (SSA) and pass with 70% or above is required. The candidate will be notified of the date, location and time.
