WebDriverIO is a must have skill not generic automation QA.
• WebDriverIO and Selenium WebDriver are two different things.
• This position requires WebDriverIO skills as customer is going to need this candidate to design and setup their automation framework from scratch.
• Hence, WebDriverIO is a must have skill. We DO NOT need just Selenium Webdriver resumes. For other automation skill – like selenium webdriver etc. – customer already have their inhouse team in place, and hence they don’t want any such profiles.

Technical/Functional Skills • 4-6 yrs of experience with JavaScript programming
• Must have Strong experience with WebdriverIO
• Strong experience in developing Webdriver IO automation frameworks from scratch
• Very good experience with Integration Development & Testing with a large ecommerce application
• Ability to lead creation and maintenance of advanced suites of automated scripts for the full stack
• Very good experience of design, develop and execute automation scripts using various tools
• Strong experience of functional, regression, cross-browser, and performance testing
• Perform code reviews from peers, resolve code conflicts, merge pull requests and manage branches Agile testing experience
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative team consisting of both technical and business members
• Proven work experience in software development and software quality assurance
• Excellent communication skills and results-oriented attitude
