5+ years of experience designing and executing automated, end-to-end integration tests in API-driven applications
Experience with Core Java, Selenium, JS Programming, Cucumber, BDD, CI/CD and API Automation
Programming/scripting test automation suites
Hands-on development of tests and testing suites
Work with business stakeholders and dev leads to prepare appropriate testing approaches, test plans, and test cases
Analyze, discuss and clarify test requirements with business, product, UX and development teams
Standup and configuration of test environments/sandboxes
Manage test environments and setup/maintain test datasets
Configure and maintain test management suites
Evaluate where and how to increase/improve automation test coverage
Structure and conduct user acceptance testing with business stakeholders
Take part in product enhancement, feature design and requirements discussions (i.e., represent the voice of the customer)
Possess a high degree of self-motivation, integrity, and commitment
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have good knowledge on SDLC and QA process and should well versed with agile testing reporting tools like Rally, JIRA, ALM, Clarity, Share point, Confluence etc.
Constantly update production automation scripts to expand the competence of the test team’s automation framework
Monitor test automation results and make sure any software defect is documented and addressed prior to product delivery
Must have experience with Amex commercial platforms.
Having knowledge on Web automation
Develops process knowledge for the areas they are responsible
