PLM Project Manager-Scrum Master
Experience of around 10 - 15 years with strong background in PLM/ Flex PLM/Windchill.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban and Agile ceremonies
Self-driven and aware of the Program management and agile related technologies available and implementing them in the new solutions.

Required Experience:
Minimum 10 years of IT experience with significant exposure on project management and scrum master.
Effective problem determination (experience in root cause analysis) and problem resolution skills
Knowledge Agile, SAFe, Scrum, kanban & Program Management
Strong teamwork and partnering approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas in easy to understand business terms to senior leaders
Process skills an understanding of process costs, ability to work with Supplier to ensure effective operations and agreed upon service levels
Demonstrated ability to assess organization’s needs, creatively approach solutions, decide and influence appropriate courses of action
Ability to be firm but fair regarding operational deliverables

Role & Responsibilities:
Planning PLM program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action for delivery.
Defining the Agile metrics, scrum team and Agile rituals
Clearing obstacles
Establishing an environment where the team can be effective
Addressing team dynamics
Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owners as well as others outside the team
Protecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions.
Managing third party contributions to the program
Managing communications with all stakeholders
Managing risks to the program’s successful outcome
Ensure that the right product is developed to meet or exceed company''s quality standard and is delivered at the right time.
Coordinate with customers, through marketing and sales, to provide necessary program status and obtain customer feedback.
