Job Description :

10+ Years of extensive knowledge of the Agile Development Methodology with knowledge and experience applying Agile practices and principles including Scrum and/or Kanban including demonstrated ability to inspect and adapt Agile practices to various situations

8-10 years of experience in leading multiple scrum teams in medium to large scale enterprise environments

8+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master on large projects (exclusively Application modernization projects experience is desired)

8+ Years of experience performing/facilitating Scrum Ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)

8+ Years of experience as a Scrum Master on large projects including: Refining backlog and helping team refine epics/stories through progressive elaboration

8+ Years of experience Creating burndown/burnup charts and reporting to management on team performance

8+ Years of Strong experience as a Scrum Master and software development methodologies and proven ability to lead scrum teams in the execution of project tasks and providing monitoring including risk/issues management

6+ years - Last 6 consecutive years with a working title on resume of "Scrum Master" or "Agile Coach"

4+ Years of Agile Scrum Master Certification (CSM/SSM/SASM)

4+ years of experience with Jira and Confluence

8+ years of experience with Mentoring Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Project Managers, teams and others on processes and behaviors that align with Agile methodologies.

Experience in conflict resolution through conversation by focusing on scrum values of openness, honesty and respect.

Experience in leading through change, advocate for and influence an agile transformation.

Experience Manage multiple projects of medium to large scale through all sprints/iterations and phases of the project

Collaborate and work across the organization

Key responsibilities

Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

Recognizes and removes the impediments for the scrum (development) team.

Assesses performance of teams and programs, finds opportunities for improvement and makes recommendations and implements changes and steps to increase the team's productivity.

Works with product owners, and internal customers, to maintain requirements backlog and conduct requirements elaborations

Mentors product owners, internal customers, project managers, developers and others in agile principles and leading industry practices.

Contributes to development and sharing of agile standard methodologie
