Job Description :
Position:- Scrum Master, Data Operations
Location:-Nashville, Tennessee
Duration:- Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:
* Gather, document and analyze data-related requirements, data specification, and documentation.
* Utilize agile methodologies to perform functional analysis, define and develop customer-driven features and user stories and acceptance scenarios that illustrate the expectations of acceptance criteria.
* Relationship owner for external data providers and internal application owners related to data integration and data operations.
* Track and manage data related issues and requests with health plans
* Assist in monitoring data operations, detect data quality issues, diagnose their causes, and propose solutions that prevent these issues
* Facilitate Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Daily Stand-Ups, Show & Tells and Retrospectives.
* Create Sprint Burn-Down charts and manage team velocity.
* Ensure compliance with PII, PTI, PHI and HIPAA regulations and requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum Bachelor''s Degree. Graduate Degree preferred.
* 7+ years of business process analysis, business analysis, management consulting and/or change management experience.
* Experience working in healthcare provider organizations, Medicare Advantage, Managed Care / Accountable Care Organizations, health insurance or multi-site ambulatory healthcare provider
* Experience managing project and delivering products
* Intermediate experience writing SQL queries preferred
* Scrum Master or project manager experience preferred
* Experience developing Functional requirements and performing data analysis and data related documentation
* Proven track record of analyzing complex processes and driving execution of improvements
* Understanding of data analysis, data quality, data warehousing and ETL techniques
* Experience with Atlassian/Jira/Confluence or DevOps
