| Job Description | Infosys is seeking a Scrum Master with experience in Data and Analytics technologies preferred. The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications: - Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Raleigh, NC or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of experience with Information Technology
- 3+ years of experience in Project Implementation, Management with Scrum skills
- Good experience in end-to-end implementation of DW BI projects, especially in data warehouse and mart developments
- Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in software development life cycle
- 4+ years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management and implementation
- 2+ years of experience in playing a Scrum Master role for a software development team
- Good experience in end-to-end implementation of DW BI projects, especially in data warehouse and mart developments
- 2+ years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Knowledge and experience in handling various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- Knowledge and experience in implementing technical engineering practices (Code Refactoring, Addressing and preventing Technical Debts, TDD etc.) in projects
- Candidate should have professional scrum master certification like CSM/PSM/SAFe RTE/SAFe Scrum Master
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
- Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- CI / CD exposure
- Ability to work in team in a diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
