Job Description
Hands on experience in ALM in the following areas - create/execute test scripts, log defects, requirement tracking etc.
Experience in preparing the Test Plan documents for banking projects
Experience in writing Test cases covering all the business functionalities in banking domain
Experience in mainframe testing
Strong experience in JCL, File Manager, VSAM, CICS Screen navigation
Should have leadership skills and Offshore model knowledge
Strong co-ordination, communication, reporting & analytical skills
Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment
