Role: SAP S/4 HANA OTC LEAD
Location: Santa Barbara, CA
Duration:6 months
• 12+ Years of SAP SD OTC Experience
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD and integrated modules
• Create Conversion functional designs and Mapping documents along with user stories and work across Conversion team, S/4 technical team on delivery. Define Business rules associated with Conversions, S/4 Instance
• Experience in implementation, Rollout and enhancements projects
• Order management, warehouse processing, invoicing
• Consulting and Client relationship skills, Excellent communication
• Conduct Requirements Gathering, prepare Functional Specifications, collaborate with offshore team for development, prepare training document
• Responsible for in-depth analysis of business demand changes, demand sorting, formulation of solutions, preparation of business blueprints and implementation in SAP system
• Cross-functional SAP integration points
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
• Strong understanding of customer master data, pricing and quoting
• Sales BOM’s and pricing options
• Potential sales VC
• Make to order/sales order stock scenarios
• New plant configuration and setup from a sales perspective
