Title: SAP Customer Experience Commerce - Hybris Technical Lead

Location: Santa Clara, California (Currently Remote)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 6+ years Expertise in multiple technology platforms: Core Java, JSP, Servlet, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, JavaScript, XML
• Lead experience while running Hybris ecommerce implementations with hands-on understanding of Hybris end-to-end solution implementation
• Ability to articulate Hybris solutions to IT/business partners, configure and conduct demos/show-and-tell sessions for customer executives
• Experience in creating proof of concepts in Hybris and doing research to recommend appropriate solutions for client business requirements
• Hands on experience in the design and development of integration of Hybris Commerce with SAP and non-SAP Systems
• Experience in providing design and development estimates for an implementation, rollout and support engagement

We are interested in highly skilled SAP Hybris Commerce professionals with experience in projects with SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP CX) as the major technology solutions to join our development/technical team: The ideal candidate should have prior experience in developing Digital Commerce web applications on the SAP Customer Experience/SAP Hybris with best problem-solving skills and idea making with good instincts and a positive outlook that can overcome any obstacle. You will be a major contributor in shaping our Digital Commerce offerings to our customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with our customers and internal teams to create end-to-end Hybris implementation roadmaps
• Lead Requirements Elicitation and Design Workshop, which will end in creating Solutions Design specifications
• Lead and guide the development team throughout the implementation of SAP Hybris Commerce
• Lead and facilitate design workshops, technical assessments, planning sessions i.e. demonstrate leadership experience in upfront projects
• Manage the client relationship and develop a good rapport and understanding with the client stakeholder to build consensus and drive to successful completion of the project
• Leading the technical direction during design and development phase
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Design and Develop cutting edge digital commerce solutions targeting a variety of customer models including B2B, B2C and B2E engagements
• Keep updating and continuously learning the new technologies and developments in the digital commerce space
• Lead and Co-ordinate with third party entities and other teams on new cutting-edge products and solutions
• Researching and analysis of new features and functionality
• Overseeing upgrades, releases and security patches
• Lead, design and develop the integrations with SSO, PIM, Payment Gateways, SAP/other ERP and any other systems for end-to-end system implementation.
• Solutions and Troubleshooting for complex issues
• Review the code and provide feedback to the team.
