Job Description :

SAP EAM Functional Lead

SAP Plant Maintenance (EAM). Exp level should be 9 Years minimum.

Experience

Minimum of 5 end to end implementation projects along with experience in Deployment and Upgrade
At least 10 year of Relevant work Experience
Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Domain experience in Asset Intensive Industry.
Strong Knowledge of EAM SAP Business Processes

Skills

Ability to identify and recommend Industry and SAP best practices
Experience in implementing SAP S4 HANA with Fiori Tiles
Background in SAP Activate and Agile implementation methodology
Hands on Experience in SAP S4 configuration

Plant Maintenance / Asset Management

PM Master data – Equipment, Functional Location, BOMs, Task List, Measurement Points, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans
Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Planning / Scheduling, Mobile Maintenance Execution & Condition Based Maintenance
Refurbishment of Components
Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO)

Integration to modules like MM/QM/PP/FICO
Understanding of Intelligent Asset Management Components of SAP

SAP S4 Asset Management Certification added advantage

Responsibilities

Planning & executing SAP Plant Maintenance Implementation / Development / Support Activities and the ability to lead the EAM Team

Run design workshops / fit gap workshops, understand customer Requirements, provide SAP solutions, build functional specifications, configure the SAP system and lead unit & Integration testing.

Expected to have customer facing experience with a proven delivery track record
