SAP C4C Sales and Service Functional

Contract : 6-12 Months

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Exp; 15+ Years over all

Relevant Experience and certifications
4-6 Years of SAP Sale and Service cloud (1-2 implementation experience preferred) – C4C Cloud for Customer – Sales and Services
SAP sales/ Service Cloud certification preferred.
Prior OnPrem CRM experience prefered

Able to perform (Hands on Experience)
Scoping and Fine Tuning
Create and conduct presentations/workshops/demos on system functionality to the client
Administration tasks (Workflows/ Approval Process/ Orgnization setup/ user management)
Integration tasks of the SAP Sales/ Service Cloud with other SAP, SAP Cloud and Non-SAP applications and able to work with APIs
Master layout/ Page layout
Authorization and access controls using Business Roles
Sales: Accounts and Activity Management, Lead, Opportunity, Sales Quote, Sales Order, Pricing, Territory Management)
Service: Customer service ticket, SLA, Service Categories
Data Workbench Activities
Analytics: Create Data source/ Reports / KPI/ Key Figures / Dashboards etc.
Transport Management/ Upload/ Download
Work with Odata/Standard APIs
