Position: SAP Ariba P2P Functional Consultant
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: Long Term Contract in duration
Technology : SAP ARIBA, Procure To Pay, SAP ECC
Job summary
· The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience working in Procurement operations, Procurement systems, and/or related fields.
· The candidate should have at least 5 years of direct experience with the Ariba On Demand Procure-to-Pay system, preferably with global implementation experience.
· Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues related to the procure-to-Pay process and related systems.
· Makes recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiency and practices.
Job responsibilities (bullet points)
· Manage the Taxonomy Change in Ariba application
· Manage project and cutover activities
· Overall responsibility for the deliverables and resources assigned to the Client engagement
· Provides business and technical guidance and best practice
· UAT Support, Issue tracking and resolution
· Status reporting and milestone management
· Detailed assessment of functionalities in each module
· Risk and impact analysis in Parent and Child realms
· Document all processes, templates and steps
· Project Management
· SAP ECC Experience
Qualifications:
· Software Skills: Ariba 5+ Years
· Technical Skills: Ability to write technical documents and end-user documentation 5+ Years
· Education: Bachelor of Engineering or Equivalent Degree
