Salesforce service cloud knowledge
Thorough analysis skills
Proficient with Salesforce configuration and customizations using Validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, flows.
Good with Apex knowledge
Strong understanding of salesforce lightning, best practices and functionality.
Hands on with creating reports, dashboards
Excellent in Salesforce Debug log analysis
Good to have Incident, Problem management
Good to have Apache Nifi and Pyspark skills

JD :This is a production support role, responsible for triaging complex production
support issues. They will be bridging the gap between Concierge team and developers
by performing root cause analysis for technical issues and work with Product Owners and
tech leads to prioritize User stories/defects.They will work closely with various members
of the team within project and external integration teams in the process of
causal analysis.They will work with Product Owners, Developers, tech leads,
QAs to understand the current flow and educate user on the application.
Primary Responsibilities include. Troubleshoot and resolving production issues
by providing tactical, strategical solutions and/or code changes. Perform Root
Cause Analysis, Impact analysis. Provide general technical leadership to members
on the team. Developing in depth knowledge of the supported applications. Working
with external integration teams on troubleshooting issues with their products.
Monitoring automated jobs and reprocess them in failures. Monitoring and actioning
incidents in Service now
