Position: Salesforce Lead Admin with Support Experience

Location: Raleigh, NC

 

Job Description: 

Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements

·      Administration, Configuration, Implementation and Support of Salesforce CRM and leveraging Force.com Platform.

·      Design, code, test and implement new Salesforce software applications to meet project objectives and support new or expanding business objectives.

·      Support customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements 

·      Configure proper security access, permissions, roles, and profiles for Salesforce users.

·      Responsible for supporting the maintenance of the functional areas of data management, dashboards, reports, etc. as well as maintaining and troubleshooting existing configurations and development.

·      Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce.com optimization.

·      Analyze code, logs, and current system implementations; create and run SQL scripts

·      Salesforce Lightning Administrative functions such as custom report types, profiles, permissions, roles, shared folders, reports, and dashboards within Salesforce.

·      Experience in working on web services and giving solutions by SOAP and REST integrations.

·      Have Strong Knowledge of SFDC standard Data structures and familiarity with designing Custom Objects and Force.com platform and Force.com Sites.

 

Skills:

SFDC Technologies: Standard objects, Workflow & Approvals, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Data Loader, Reports, Dashboards, Force.com IDE

Operating System: - Unix, Linux, Windows

Database:-  Any DB knowledge 

Languages/Technologies: - Any scripting knowledge

Tools:- Salesforce support with certification ( primary) in production env

Willing to work on the support stuff as well
