Job Title: Salesforce Architect
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service, API Management, and Lightning components. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on integration experience with Mule RTF and other deployment models, along with a solid understanding of Microservices and enterprise architecture principles. This role will be responsible for providing architectural governance, aligning technical direction across product teams, and ensuring scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide architectural governance and technical direction for solution deployment strategy at the product team level.
- Design and communicate the architectural vision across multiple product teams to ensure alignment.
- Review design approaches from technical business analysts and developers to ensure compliance with architectural standards and best practices.
- Promote adaptive design and engineering practices, ensuring reuse of code, components, and proven design patterns.
- Define strategic technical roadmaps aligned with product roadmaps to support long-term business goals.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of architectural systems to ensure seamless interaction between components.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales, Service, API Management, and Lightning).
- Strong knowledge of SOA, ESB concepts, and enterprise-level architecture.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Mule RTF and other deployment models.
- Significant understanding of Microservice patterns and their application in business solutions.
- Expertise in REST, HTTP, MQ, JSON, XML, SOA design, and enterprise services development.
- Proficiency in designing RAML in Mule, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and working with various Mule connectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
