We are seeking an experienced RPA Technical Lead Specialist Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end automation strategies, manage development teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure automation solutions meet enterprise standards for performance, scalability, and security.

Lead RPA solution architecture, design, development, and implementation across multiple business functions.

Translate business requirements into robust automation workflows using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Manage and mentor RPA developers and guide best practices, development standards, and code reviews.

Oversee the lifecycle of RPA bots, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and perform feasibility assessments.

Develop and maintain documentation such as PDDs, SDDs, and deployment checklists.

Implement governance and change management processes for automation solutions.

Ensure bots meet enterprise standards for security, resiliency, scalability, and performance optimization.

Lead troubleshooting efforts for production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Support integration with applications, databases, APIs, and legacy systems as needed.

Provide status reports, technical direction, and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

12+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years in RPA development and architecture.

Hands-on experience with leading RPA platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

Proven experience in leading automation development teams and delivering enterprise-scale RPA solutions.

Strong knowledge of process analysis, process design, and workflow orchestration.

Proficiency in programming languages including .NET, C#, Java, Python, or VBScript.

Experience with SQL databases, web services, APIs, and integration frameworks.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Expertise in RPA deployment, scheduling, orchestration, exception handling, and bot monitoring frameworks.

UiPath or Automation Anywhere advanced developer certification.

Experience implementing RPA with cognitive automation tools such as NLP, AI/ML, and OCR technologies (ABBYY, Google Vision, Document Understanding).

Background in process mining tools such as Celonis or UiPath Process Mining.

Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to RPA hosting and infrastructure.

Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.

Experience working in banking, insurance, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.
