Required Technologies: Wireless/LTE, Telecom MSO, IMS, Voice networks, Telecom Server and Infrastructure background
Detailed experience in Telecom Cable service Infrastructure area – Strategy building experience required.
In-depth Service Management Experience. – required.
Implemented a Service Catalog from scratch. – required.
Very good understanding of ITIL concepts. – required.
Detailed knowledge and experience in defining and implementing service metrics. – required.
Performs advanced areas of work for the professional field; Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems. – required.
Independently performs assignments with general direction on expected results. Determines and develops solutions; Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues. – required.
