Job Description :
We are looking for someone who has experience in managing telecom related expenses for a company like Internet circuits from various service providers like AT&T, Verizon etc
Primary and secondary skills: Knowledge of telecom circuits and experience working with Telecom service providers
WFH available due to COVID - Yes
Job location- Raleigh, NC or Tulsa, OK
Responsibilities
Manage Telecom expenses
Perform quarterly telecom expense analysis to support cost reduction initiatives
Manage Oracle Expense Management DB system as needed on individual account changes or cost center changes
Review telecom invoices for abnormal usages and determine course of action to remediate
Verify accuracy of telecom billing from carriers/vendors
Arrange timely telecom payments to carriers/vendors with Coherent Account Payable
Manage all IT Telecom related contracts
Manage IT contracts and support contracts
Project manage mobile telecom initiatives and/or new telecom services
Evaluate and provision mobile/smart phone services (NA only)
Evaluate and provision mobile data access
Mobile/Smart phone h/w replacement, service activation, general mobile/smart phone service troubleshooting
Mobile /Smart phone accessory orders
