Job Description :
Salesforce Technology Manager – someone who knows the SF ecosystems well
Someone who has worked on large complex enterprise Salesforce applications within Sales Cloud (MUST)
Must have an in-depth expertise within Salesforce eco system
He wants someone who was technically hands-on in the past
Want someone with 15 years overall in IT and recent 5-6 years in Salesforce
With recent 1-2 years as a SF Tech Manager
Must have experience working with Sales and Marketing professionals and understand business needs
Must have experience managing delivery teams (onsite – offshore) – leading and managing
Guardian is having huge number of innovative Salesforce initiatives – hence important for person to have worked in a digital realization/transformation environment
Experience with architecting and solutioning large complex Salesforce initiatives
Strong leadership and communication skills
