Sr. Salesforce Engineer

Responsibilities/Requirements:

Experience being in a technical lead role for an established Salesforce team
1-2 years of Lightning Web Component development
Extensive Apex development experience
Work to drive and enforce programmatic development standards
Become a central hub of engineering knowledge within a large scale, multi-org Salesforce environment
Help to drive best practices for apex, lightning web component and aura component development
Have a deep understanding of working with Salesforce metadata
Assist managers and product owners with impactful metrics related to code quality, regression and unit test coverage and acceptance.
Assist QA engineers with building testing pipelines by sharing expertise about the salesforce platforms
Assist and support DevOps Manager with organization of Salesforce release processes

Desired qualifications

Salesforce Platform App Builder and Developer 1 Certifications
Experience in a large-scale Salesforce implementation (>1000 users) preferably with multiple production orgs
