Software Engineer - Data
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Duration: 6-12 Months
Responsibilities
· YOE - Minimum 3 years of experience in the skill set mentioned below
· Skill Set - Must Have
· Confluent Kafka and in-depth knowledge around Kafka Schema Registry and Configuration for Applications
· Stream Sets to build ETL Processes
· Spark/Scala to process large data sets
· Elastic Search
· Memory Databases and Data Modeling for Memory Databases
· Ability to mentor Software Engineers from non-Data focused backgrounds
· Demonstrated TDD practices and Automation around all things they do
· Ability to work with minimal direction
Skill Set - Preferred
· Understanding of Distributed Cloud/Hybrid Architectures on AWS
· Understanding of Data Consumption Patterns and experience developing Data Services using REST/GraphQL
