Senior IT Project Manager

100% Remote

US Citizen or Green Card

POP: 1 year + four 1-year extensions

Projected Start Date: 11/1/2025

Minimum Qualifications (MQs):

  • MQ1a. Bachelor degree from a recognized college or university. Must provide copy of diploma.

  • MQ1b. Master or Doctorate degree from a recognized college or university. Must provide copy(ies) of diploma(s).

  • MQ2. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Must provide copy of certificate.

  • MQ3a. 5 years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible Project Manager project experience applying project management principles, methods, techniques, and tools on IT projects. 3 years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

  • MQ3b. 7 or more years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools. 5 years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.

  • MQ4a. 2 years of experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.

  • MQ4b. 4 or more years of experience providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.

  • MQ5a. 3 years of team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.

  • MQ5b. 5 or more years of team building, knowledge transfer, and/or mentoring experience.

  • MQ6a. 3 years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.

  • MQ6b. 5 or more years of experience leading and facilitating team meetings.

  • MQ7a. 2 years’ experience in the following:
    • Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
    • Risk and issue management
    • Stakeholder management
    • Scope and change management
    • Business process review and gap analysis
    • Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M

  • MQ7b. 4 or more years’ experience in the following:
    • Schedule management and Microsoft (MS) Project
    • Risk and issue management
    • Stakeholder management
    • Scope and change management
    • Business process review and gap analysis
    • Consulting experience for a project worth at least $2M
