PeopleSoft FSCM Instructional Designer/Trainer or Curriculum Developer
Note : This is Not Admin or Developer Role
Exp: Minimum 12+ Years Must
**Position will be remote in Texas . Program will allow candidates who are within the state (Any location within the State of Texas).**

Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of a Training Curriculum Developer who meets the general qualifications of DIR Instructor Trainer 3. The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Developing training curricula for ERP systems
  2. Conducting training sessions in person and remotely
  3. (At least 4 years) Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
  4. (At least 4 years) Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
  5. Using SoftChalk to develop training
  6. Using Camtasia to edit recordings
  7. Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
  8. Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
  9. Experience with SharePoint
  10. Experience with Jira
  11. Experience working with the Scrum framework
