  • Manage requisition and offer processes by configuring templates, approval workflows, and offer letters/contracts to align with organizational policies.
  • Configure candidate selection processes, ensuring accurate tracking of applicants from sourcing through hiring.
  • Understand the ORC data flow to Core HR and third-party systems (e.g., background checks, job boards, assessment tools), and how to troubleshoot issues.
  • Knowledge of recruiting campaigns and event management within ORC to enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with TA (Talent Acquisition), and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ORC issues, providing timely support to recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and quarterly releases.
