                                                                             Position: Operations Support System Engineer

1. I have the same job for Ericsson experience also.These guys will have to have recent & significant T-Mobile & Nokia or Ericsson Support experience, including Integration & Post-Integration 
If they have NetAct or OSS 4.2 experience, they go to the head of the line 
2. Engineering Data Packages, RFSD, and Customer Info Queries and perform support tasks such as wireless network node integrations support field teams throughout the US. In this role, you will create and deliver DT scripts based on integration requirements, troubleshoot, and resolve script errors to complete time sensitive activities. Other duties will include remote node integration and testing. 
What You’ll Do: 
Primary customer interface for all OSS (Operations Support System) 
Virtualize Telco Data Centre design & deployment using OpenStack as IaaS. 
Delivering trainings to enable customer team on different OSS/VAS products. 
Providing guidance and support to my team on various day to day activities 
To ensure that customer problems are solved in timely and professional manner via Resolve tools, providing remote &/or on-site technical support and handling all kinds of emergencies for Nokia/T-Mobile Support platform 
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plan 
Review and update network configuration plan 
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation 
Integration RAN network elements (4G/5G) to the Operation support system. 
Troubleshooting 4G/5G Radio air interface issue and KPI analysis. 
Participate in the design and development of EPC NFV, OSS/BSS. 
Must be available to work any shift, if required. 
Qualifications

The Skills and Background You Possess 
5+ years of Telecom integration and operation experience 
3+ years of LTE RAN Integration and technical support experience 
Knowledge of cell site and tower equipment configurations 
Advanced RF and wireless transport understanding 
Thorough knowledge ofNokia environment & tools (ENM, AMOS, etc and eNodeB equipment configurations. 
Experience withNokia/T-Mobile Support Platform 
Experience with creation of scripts for the integration of Nokia eNodeB new sites, migrations, and carrier-adds 
Experience performing integrations in T-Mobile RAN Networks 
Experience with scheduling and managing integration and troubleshooting activities. 
Experience with creation of methods of procedures for integration tools and integration activities. 
Ability to train and support uses of integration tools. 
Solid knowledge of UNIX platforms 
Strong technical writing skills.
