Job Description:
? Overall 10+ years of software development experience
? Min 3+ years of experience as a Devops Lead/Architect implementing CICD process for enterprise grade apps.
? Hands on with Cloud Technologies like AWS. Solid understanding of EC2 instance, ELB, Route 53, RDS, ElastiCache concepts etc. Should have designed and maintained a prod system using these services.
? VMWare concepts and good knowledge of private cloud setup/infrastructure.
? Hands on with Linux and Docker. Should have good understanding on how resource sharing occurs between a Linux host and docker containers
? Hands on with Kubernetes On Prem HA Cluster setup. Knowledge of kubernetes core concepts, security mechanisms, TLS enablement, operator and custom resource definitions etc.
? Should have built Jenkins Pipelines with multi stage build and deployment process, build tools like maven/gradle/npm, code quality scan using sonarqube, security scanning with twist lock/sysdig, fortify, black duck etc, integrate JFrog artifactory for docker image download / uploads, deployment of docker image(s) as containers to kubernetes.
? Hands on with implementing groovy scripts that can be used in Jenkins pipeline configuration is desired.
? Should have worked in an agile environment, educate devops process to the team, automate & speed up development cycle with devops processes.
? Take up technical spike/debt in a given sprint and evaluate technical feasibility or provide guidance to dev team.
