UCI's Direct client is looking for a Desktop Support (Service Now) to work for our direct client at MTA , NY.

Critical Key Requirements
Expert experience in an IT Service Desk environment, with high call volume
Familiarity with IT Service Desk ticketing systems, metrics, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Exercise strong professional verbal and written communications skills, documentation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with ServiceNow Incident Management and Requests (creating and handling) experience, as well as Cisco Webex Contact Center (WCC) ACD is strongly desired
Experience with Windows 10, Windows 7 and Windows XP operating system software
