Analytics Developement Specialist

100% Remote

12 Months Contract

Rate: DOE

·  You will have full autonomy to deliver agreed technical objectives. Make decisions requiring extensive analysis and interpretation, including a number of intangible factors. Provides technical expertise in terms of software usage, and functional aspects

·  You will work to define and refine the product structure to align with the business, development, deployment, and maintenance needs.

·  You will work with customers and product line management to identify, refine, and translate customer needs into concrete technical requirements.

  • You will support architectural decisions and tasks within a product line or across multiple product lines (cross-portfolio).
  • You will work on technical designs and development of Analytics data pipeline and dashboards.
  • You will obtain a good understanding of the customer context to support technical decisions and choices
  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalent - Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering and Networking
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in developing Power BI dashboards with additional experience in data visualization
  • At least 2 years’ experience in creating Data Analytics pipeline architecture and proven experience in Development & Design of data pipelines
  • Experience in Managing Power BI Services Administrations and On-Premise’s data Gateway Standard/Personal Mode configuration for multiple source system.
  • Hands-on experience in Data-Modelling, Data-warehousing, Data-Profiling, Dashboard/Reports Migration, Scheduled refresh of pipelined data
  • Experience in building complex applications or products, considering various technical aspects.
  • Well versed with Power BI skills such as: Data preprocessing, DAX functions, Measures, Modelling, Data Points, Drill through features, KPI Scorecards, pipeline, synced reports, appropriate usage of plots, line charts, pie charts & Market place custom Visuals.
  • Should be able to support Azure Portal components configurations, Pipeline, DB & published Dashboard related changes.
  • Will have to use Python, Scala, PySpark for parsing Rest API pulled data and pushing into stage Database tables via pipeline
  • Good to have Certification for Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Azure Developing solution and Power BI.
