The AI Factory Builder will break apart real consulting workflows, identify leverage points for automation or augmentation, and build AI-powered solutions, including Claude Code-based agents and other GenAI tools. Success is measured by shipped assets, adoption, and measurable delivery impact.
4. Required Profile Characteristics:
Demonstrated Builders
- Tangible examples of shipped AI-enabled tools
- End-to-end ownership (problem → build → deploy → iterate)
- Evidence of adoption or measurable impact
Applied GenAI Experience
- Hands-on experience with Claude / Markdown-based development
- Experience building agents, workflows, or automation tools
- Comfort experimenting with emerging AI tooling
Product with Execution Hybrid
- Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into concrete builds
- Comfort operating without rigid requirements
- Bias toward experimentation over documentation
