Job Description :

Role : As a Quality Assurance Analyst Candidate will be responsible to ensure software quality through manual testing software / software platforms for specific business needs.

Candidate is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company.

Duties include maintaining strong overall quality of enhancements, maintenance, and defect fixes.

Staff level professionals are to be experienced in all aspects of quality assurance and testing.


1. Document service quality levels by writing and executing test scripts.

2. Create data in test environments for moderately complex projects to replicate real scenarios.

3. Participates in the development of training and knowledge-based materials for use by peers and other IS team members as needed.

4. Communicate effectively with other team members to solve problems.

5. Develop plans and workflows to help Information Systems teams understand business requirements.

6. Investigates and assist in resolution of issues, incidents, and problems with all levels of complexity.

7. Collaboratively works with internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.

8. Creates and maintains moderately complex database queries.

Required Skills:

Preferred: Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA).

Demonstrated understanding of basic concepts of healthcare or healthcare insurance.

Understands basic types of information used in a healthcare or healthcare insurance environment and how the data is produced, consumed, and transformed.

Experience in creation and maintenance of moderately complex database queries.

Experience delivering an extraordinary customer experience when interacting with peers, end-users, and others.

Strong written and oral communication skills with spoken English in a technical or healthcare/healthcare insurance environment.

Good interpersonal skills.


Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer information systems, computer science, computer engineering, mechanical engineering, or healthcare (clinical or business), and four years of equivalent information technology QA experience. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.


Three years of experience working in the information technology QA field.
