Bill Rate: $93/hour C2C

Direct Client Requirement
Job Description:
1) Develops policies, procedures and methods to check product, material, components and/or operational quality and recommend improvements.
2) Conduct detailed analysis of quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and potential areas for improvement using statistical methods like SPC (Statistical Process Control).
3) Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quality improvement projects, including designing and executing experiments to optimize processes.
4) Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures and documentation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
5) Conduct complex quality audits evaluating compliance with quality standards and identifying areas for improvement.
6) Supervise and mentor junior quality control specialists, providing technical guidance and coaching on quality methodologies.
7) Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
8) Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials.
9) Prepare detailed quality reports, including data analysis and recommendations, for management review.
