Job Title: DTS - Project Manager

Duration: 3-6 Months with conversion possibility

Location : Phoenix, AZ 85007

Rate:  $32/hr on W2 All Inclusive or $35/hr on 1099

2 positions available 2 positions available, only 1 bid slot per available position. Duration will be  3-6 months. Conversion salary will be 70,000/yr. Please let them know this is NOT automatic. ***This is a 3 month contract to hire opportunity at NO FEE to the agency, candidates submitted must be interested in converting to a FTE status. After conversion, anticipated salary of $70k. The State of AZ does not have the ability to sponsor visas at time of conversion***

Description

Manages multiple projects; Leads planning and / or implementation of projects; Manages projects based on repeatable standards and practices; Participates in the design and / or testing phases.
Facilitates the definition of project goals, tasks, and resources requirements; Identifies and assists in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects; Develops methods to monitor project or area progress and takes corrective action; Assists with managing project budget and resource allocation.
Coordinates the development of customer requirements and testing; Works cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes; Follows defined, agreed upon project management methodologies; Pro-actively and routinely identifies, mitigates and reports project risks. Monitor, track and report risks remediation.
Determination of staff, resources, budgets, and other requirements for successful project completion. Takes corrective action as needed. Contribute to team efforts such as gathering, developing, analyzing and documenting requirements from business process designs and flowcharts. Prepare and deliver communications and presentations, and facilitate focus/work group sessions with internal and external agencies as required.
Other duties as assigned as related to the position.
