Job Description:

  • Proactively manage scope of a project, using the Scope Management Plan for the project.
  • Proactively manage project budget, using the Cost Management Plan for the project.
  • Proactively manage project communications, using the Communications Management Plan for the project
  • Develops an integrated baseline project schedule applying estimating models
  • Develop and Maintain of Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc..
  • Track and Enforce the Application Development Project Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Oversee delivery of Standard Project Artifacts, including Business Requirements (BRD), Technical Requirements (TRD), etc.
  • Facilitate regular Project Team Status Meetings to update Project Management Artifacts, including Project Schedule, Project Risks, Issues, Actions and Decisions log (RAID), etc.
  • Development and Maintenance of a Project Cost and Resource Forecast
  • Identify and Acquire Resources for the Project based on the Concept Task Order (CTO)
  • Provide data for project metrics and perform analysis of the defined metrics (i.e. predefined metrics around defect SLAs, future to be defined metrics) - Critical Responsibility
  • Create Task Order for the Project, as well as, adding to the Task Order for Changes in the Project
  • Prepare and Communicate Project Status Report to project stakeholders, including EPMO Management
  • Participate in Project Review, including Quality Review and Audit
  • Adhering to using all Standard Project Management Processes, including Release and Deployment Management
  • Adhere to using the Standard Project Management Templates for all Project Management Deliverables
  • Update the PPM Portal to the correct Phase to match the current Project Phase per the Project Schedule
