Title : Project Manager [BizID#6294] Location: Bothell, WA ( Remote now due to COVID) Type: Contract Duration: 1 Year + We are looking for Project Manager, to join our T-Mobile team members . The person in this role will be responsible for providing day-to-day guidance for and quality of Project Management Deliverables and the reconciliation between long-term and short-term goals. Responsibilities Acts as Liaison and provides leadership for team and area of responsibility. Provide leadership, direction and coaching on project specific tasks as well as individual professional development. Ability to see, account for, and coach others in the "big picture" as well as the details and to be able to tie IT initiatives to Corporate goals Utilizes demonstrated ability to establish goals, manage to and evaluate personnel against established goals. Ensures coverage of all areas of expertise necessary to support and grow the business within the Manager's area of responsibility. Create and maintain staffing plan to support the current and future work demands and project deliverables Utilizes team development and Motivation techniques to constantly raise the bar in performance and quality within the Enterprise. Provides ongoing reconciliation between strategic direction, long-term goals and short-term actions and reconciles the IT Strategies to the Business Strategies. Requirements 5+ years' experience in project/program management 2+ years of development/test experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Agile Methodologies experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening and presenting) Should be able to analyze data and make presentations to senior management Develops strong, mutually respectful partnerships with stakeholders, manages expectations, and ensures effective communication for the audience, advocating for the project at all levels of the organization Proven ability to prioritize workloads and to manage multiple priorities with critical deadlines Create and maintain applicable KPIs to drive action based on results Solve or recommend changes to policies and established procedures to create more efficiencies and add value for the immediate team, larger organization and customers T-Mobile Telecom Experience is a BIG plus Qualifications 7-10 years in a Project Management capacity
