Project Manager
Estimated Duration: 6 months
Location: Onsite in Round Rock, TX

Candidates must be W2. • 2-5 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing or PR. • Experience with project management tools • Experience with email management tools • Experience with internal communications tools, Jive and SharePoint a plus • Experience with PowerPoint and creating presentations • Keen attention to detail and strong ability to hit deadlines, and push others to do the same • Strong experience creating presentations (PowerPoint) • Strong experience with coordinating kick-off meetings and quarterly summary meetings at an executive level • Familiarity with coordinating monthly update meetings • Experience creating videos, specifically quarterly executive videos and semi-weekly Initiative videos • Experience maintaining a repository of presentations, videos and any links to training modules • Strong experience mastering a calendar of events • Experience creating internal and external organizational newsletters, Print Collateral (banners / posters) Experience coordinating employee activities, events and recognition for valued contribution

Responsibilities:
• Define and manage key performance indicators
• Develop and execute internal change communications for new technology launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement change communications
• Maintain editorial calendar and ensure accurate, timely delivery of all deliverable
• Draft communications in collaboration with subject matter experts
• Maximize awareness of our Knowledge Management Vision and strategic importance of the XaaS (Experience as a Service) organization

Requirements:
