Program Manager
Duration: 12 months (Dell Digital)
Location: Round Rock, TX

Candidates must be W2. Program will focus on Integration layer (middleware technologies) and platform layer of products when it comes to coordinating on all deliverables and keep track of plan for production.

The Program Manager takes complete responsibility of end to end project delivery. This role works very closely with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives. Drives all aspects of project management activity, including collaborating and coordinating across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Product roadmap planning, product, product line level compliance, Change management and Release management of product work items.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams through progress tracking, status update calls.
- Identification of Risks and Issues and managing them proactively.
- Maintaining the Compliance level of stories and keeping them up to date.
- Communication to stakeholders on progress of the integration development at required interval.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in project management/project coordination activities.
- Experience using Project management tool like TFS, Jira or similar tools.
- Experience in leading teams in complex and cross functional environments
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies and exposure to implementing the Agile best practices.
- Experience working in a globally distributed IT and Business teams
