Job Description :
We are looking for a Full time/contract employee for a Program Management Analyst.
Effective Verbal Communications - The Program Management Analyst (PMO Analyst) working with the Texas Medicaid project. Assist with the Program Management Office workstream, work plan management, and deliverable management process. Assist teammates with assignments, as needed, to ensure the entire team meets the goals established by both project leadership and the client.
  • Execute of SOP's
  • Delivering all assigned initiatives and appropriate documentation according to schedule
  • Enterprise status reports
  • Key Metrics reporting associated with liquidated damages
  • Communicate with the client, client stakeholders, and internal management
  • Process documentation
  • Respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner
The Program Performance Analyst is responsible for the following areas on all assigned SOPs, initiatives, and/or goals:
  • Prioritization and Scope
  • Executive Sponsorship
  • Quality Assurance
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Execute Initiatives/Goals
