Job Description :

The Program Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages timelines and budgets, mitigates risks, and ensures programs deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure.

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.

  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, finance, marketing, stakeholders).

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies.

  • Track program performance using KPIs, metrics, and reporting dashboards.

  • Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices.

  • Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of program outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with project/program management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).

  • Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

  • Experience managing large-scale or complex programs.

  • Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
