Mandatory Skills : SAP project management

13+ Years of Experience working in IT Assignments with minimum 7 years’ experience working on IT support assignments
- 5+ years of experience managing a team size of 10+ resources
- SAProject Management experience with a team size of 10+ resources
- SAP support/managed services experience
- Good understanding of SAP Integration with third party modules
- Basic understanding of SAP HCM HR & ABAP
- Working experience with utility customer is a plus
- Certification in ITSM
- Demonstrated ability to communicate across various level of the organization to ensure buy-in and engagement of resources.
- Superior organization and planning skills, including the ability to direct and prioritize operational support tasks to completion within deadlines
