The candidate should have 9+ years’ experience in the test management, release management Very strong experience in Performance testing and monitoring. Should have set up performance engineering practice. Hands on experience in LoadRunner, Dynatrace , HP BSM and JMeter. Ability to provide performance improvement and tuning suggestion. Job Skills

Candidate should have strong experience of setting up a testing team directly working with client

Interfaces with internal and external stake holders as needed in understanding /prioritization /resolution of test requirements and issues.

Hands on experience in Loardunner, Dynatrace, JMeter and other performance testing tool • Ability to analyze performance testing results and provide improvements

Very strong scripting experience • Very strong hands-on experience in testing strategies, Test design, Test Case writing, Testing both manual and automation, end to end testing.

Strong understanding of Functional Decomposition methodology, estimation techniques, ability to provide technical solutions.

Very good leadership, communication & documentation skills . • Experience in Performance testing , APM tools, analysis and tuning the systems for improvements

Expertise in Stress testing, Load testing, Performance testing, end to end monitoring and analysis.

Knowledge of various technology stacks , Agile Methodology, Dev Ops, Continuous Integration ( CI/CD Pipeline)

Problem solving skills • Quickly master new concepts, applications packages • Ability to work with minimal supervision
