Required Skills & Experience:
Hands on experience in Pega NBA.
Hands on experience with Pega Marketing framework to implement strategies and provide NBA.
Hands on experience in Pega DSM 7.x versions.
Good Experience in Pega Marketing for Communication (NBA
Knowledge about building propositions, decision Strategies, predictive and adaptive NBA.
Good understanding and hands on experience in Pega architecture, design and development.
Experience in MultiChannel Campaign.
Experience in Marketing with Outbound Campaigns.
Hands on experience in design Marketing Strategies, Dataflow, Marketing rules, Decision rules.
Strong Knowledge of Telecom Data and Network/Customer Analytics Use Cases and Business processes.
Strong HANDS ON Expertise on at least two implementations of Pega Marketing/Next best action marketing along with integration experience with experience with RDBMS/JMS Queues/Web Service/SOAP/REST.
Good Experience in Pega Administration activities.
Hands on experience in Pega NBA application support.
Must have L2/L3 support experience in Pega.
Good experience in Monitoring Pega NBA activities.
Good Knowledge in Pega Alerts.
Good Knowledge in Cassandra with It''s Role in Pega NBA.
Integration experience with Cassandra and Hands on experience on Cassandra issues in NBA. Good Working knowledge in Decision Services.
Good Experience in Pega Decision Management System.
Hands on Experience in Agent/Listeners configuration.
Good Experience in troubleshooting and analysis of log files.
Hands on experience in Pega tools SMA (System Management Activities) and AES.
Good Knowledge in developing Activities and Pega rules.
Hands on experience in Deployments, Pega Upgrade and Migration.
Hands on experience in installation of Pega PRPC, Hotfixes.
Hands on experience in Oracle DB. Hand on experience in Linux.
Certificates: Should be Pega CSSA certified and Certified Pega Marketing Consultant (7.21)/Certified Senior Pega Marketing Consultant (CSPMC)Advantage of having Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) certification
