Job Description:

The BRM Developer will help to direct and support the development and customization of the Oracle BRM application.
Will be responsible for supervising the development team and the monitoring the progress of project tasks.
Will work with the Business Analyst and Project Management Team to develop functional requirements and other project documentation.
Duties:

Developing and testing detailed functional BRM application code as part of the business solution
Maintain code repository; create code builds as needed
Coordinate with the project manager & business analysts to establish schedule time and work breakdown schedules for approved projects.
Responsible for reporting to the project schedule and completing development tasks assigned to you as well as ensuring the rest of the development team is reporting time.
Lead the development team and support the growth and mentoring of the team on BRM development.
Responsible for establishing the software development best practices and working on improving the current SDLC process.
